Oonagh Hall is the General Manager, Human Resources for West Auckland Trust Services, a large community‑owned organisation operating across hospitality and retail. Oonagh leads the enterprise-wide people strategy, driving workforce capability, managing complex employment relations, strengthening health and safety performance, and shaping a positive, high-performing organisational culture. Oonagh works closely with boards and the executive leadership team to embed commercially focused, legally robust, and people‑centred HR practices that support safe operations and sustainable performance in complex operating environments.
