Katrina Benedetti Forastieri is Chief People Officer at Ravensdown, where she leads the people, change and organisational development team. She has held leadership roles in both the UK and NZ across a diverse range of industries and sectors, including health, international cultural relations, financial services, retail, local government, research institutes and, most recently, the agri-sector. These experiences have shaped more than 20 years of expertise spanning human resources, health and safety, and organisational design, transformation, and development.
Katrina holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with First Class Honours and brings a unique combination of commercial, organisational, and behavioural expertise to her work. She is passionate about helping organisations build strong leadership, unlock talent, and create values-driven environments where people and performance thrive together.
