Jo Fair is Chief of People and Culture at Southern Cross Healthcare, where she brings a strong focus on how digital technologies are reshaping organisations and employee experience. Jo’s career spans a number of senior leadership and commercial roles. In 2019, she co-founded a technology and consulting start-up focused on exponential technologies and the future of work. Prior to this, she led the global People & Culture function at Fonterra, supporting a workforce of 24,000, and also spent four years as the Managing Director of the Ingredients business across South-East Asia.

Having lived and worked across Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, Jo brings a truly global perspective on culture, leadership, and transformation. She holds a Master of Laws, a Master of International Relations, and a BA in Spanish and French, and has completed executive programmes with Singularity University and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Jo also serves as a Trustee for UNICEF Aotearoa and a Non-Executive Director for Cognition Learning Group, and is deeply passionate about unlocking human potential.
