Himanshu Redhu is Head of Talent, Leadership and Learning at Bupa New Zealand, where he leads the enterprise strategy and delivery of leadership and capability development. With extensive experience designing and delivering large‑scale leadership programmes, Himanshu has worked across both local and global contexts to build cohesive, future‑focused leadership capability aligned to organisational strategy.
Himanshu brings a practitioner’s perspective on translating strategy into learning experiences that are learner‑centric, scalable and deeply connected to real business challenges. His work spans senior leadership, emerging leaders and manager development, with a strong focus on applied learning, behavioural change and measurable impact.
Himanshu is passionate about enabling leaders to learn from one another, apply learning in real time and strengthen leadership practice across boundaries.
