Dr Jo Sinclair is a consultant anaesthetist and Chief Wellbeing Officer for Health NZ. In this role she works to improve the experience of healthcare staff working for Health NZ and address systems issues impacting on wellbeing at work. She has completed the Stanford Chief Wellbeing Officer training course, and is currently working towards a Masters of Organisational Psychology through University of Canterbury.
